Day 1: Arrival in Paro – Journey to Thimphu

Upon your arrival at Paro International Airport, our warm and friendly guide will greet you just outside the arrival hall. At 7,333 feet above sea level, you may notice the thin air—so today’s journey will be light to help you acclimatize. We’ll take a scenic drive to the capital city, Thimphu, and check into your hotel.

Day 5: Paro – The Legendary Tiger’s Nest

Today is the highlight of your journey.

● Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest) – Perched dramatically on a cliff 900m above the valley floor, this sacred site is said to be where Guru Rinpoche flew on the back of a tigress to meditate. The 6-hour round-trip hike is both a spiritual pilgrimage and a photographer’s dream.

Day 6: Farewell from the Land of the Thunder Dragon

● Kyichu Lhakhang – One of the oldest temples in Bhutan, believed to have been built in the 7th century by Tibetan King Songtsen Gampo to subdue an ogress preventing the spread of Buddhism.

After lunch, we’ll transfer you to the airport for your departure. As you leave this Himalayan sanctuary, we hope your heart is full with unforgettable memories, new friendships, and the profound peace that Bhutan inspires.
